La versione breve: Subhasta non raccoglie niente, perché non ha nessun posto dove mandarlo.
Subhasta funziona interamente sul tuo dispositivo. Non ha server, non ha account, non ha statistiche d'uso. L'app non si collega a internet: nemmeno per aggiornare le quotazioni, che vanno importate a mano da un file. Listone, rose, prezzi e configurazioni restano nella memoria dell'app.
Tutto questo scompare quando disinstalli l'app, tranne i file che hai esportato tu, che stanno dove li hai salvati.
L'app non effettua chiamate di rete. Non scarica listoni, non interroga servizi di fantacalcio, non invia niente. È una scelta di progetto, non una mancanza: durante un'asta una connessione che cade è un problema in più, e un'app che non ne ha bisogno non può averlo.
Quando importi il listone o le statistiche, l'app chiede al sistema di aprire il selettore di file. Subhasta riceve solo il file che scegli, e nient'altro: non può leggere il resto della memoria. Lo stesso vale al contrario quando esporti un CSV o un backup, che finisce dove decidi tu.
Il componente di sistema che apre il selettore di file può mostrare anche la libreria multimediale, e per questo Apple richiede che l'app dichiari una motivazione. Subhasta non legge le tue foto e non ha alcun motivo per farlo: importa fogli di calcolo. Se il selettore chiedesse quell'accesso, puoi negarlo e continuare a scegliere i file dalle altre cartelle.

Questa informativa riguarda quello che fa l'app, ed è l'unica cosa di cui chi la sviluppa possa rispondere. I negozi da cui la scarichi trattano dati per conto proprio, secondo le rispettive informative sulla privacy: quali siano e cosa dicano lo stabiliscono loro. Il listone che importi contiene nomi di calciatori e delle loro squadre. È un file che procuri e scegli tu: resta sul tuo dispositivo e non viene trasmesso. Subhasta non distribuisce listoni, non ne rivendica i contenuti e non è affiliata alla Lega Serie A, ai club, né ai servizi da cui puoi aver ottenuto il file. Le condizioni d'uso di quel file sono quelle di chi te l'ha fornito.
Il regolamento europeo riconosce il diritto di accedere ai propri dati, farli correggere o cancellare, limitarne il trattamento e opporsi. Non trattando alcun dato personale, non esiste nulla in nostro possesso su cui esercitarli: i tuoi dati sono sul tuo dispositivo e li cancelli quando vuoi, eliminando la singola lega o disinstallando l'app. Se ritieni che qualcosa non torni, puoi scrivere all'indirizzo qui sotto, o rivolgerti all'autorità Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
L'app non raccoglie dati da nessuno, quindi nemmeno dai minori.

Subhasta runs entirely on your device. There are no servers, no accounts and no usage analytics. The app makes no network requests at all — not even to refresh player valuations, which you import from a file yourself. Player lists, rosters, prices and settings stay in the app's storage.
Stored on your device: the player list and statistics files you import, the state of the auction (teams, assignments, prices paid, players passed), your league settings (format, budget, squad slots, bonuses and penalties, valuation parameters) and your notes on players. All of it is removed when you uninstall the app, except files you exported yourself, which stay where you saved them.
Not collected: no personal data, no email address, no account, no usage statistics, no advertising identifiers, no tracking, and no third-party service receiving data.
Network: the app makes no network calls. It downloads nothing and sends nothing. This is a design decision, not an omission: during a live auction a dropped connection is one more thing that can go wrong, and an app that needs none cannot suffer it.
File access: when you import a player list or statistics, the app asks the system to show a file picker. Subhasta receives only the file you pick and nothing else. The same applies in reverse when you export a CSV or a backup, which goes where you choose.
Why iOS mentions the photo library: the system component that opens the file picker can also show the media library, and Apple therefore requires the app to declare a purpose. Subhasta does not read your photos and has no reason to: it imports spreadsheets. If the picker ever asks for that access you can deny it and keep picking files from other locations.
Who processes the data: Subhasta is developed and published by lilith13tech; the address below is the reference for anything concerning this policy.
App Store and Google Play: this policy covers what the app does, which is the only thing its developer can answer for. The stores you download it from process data on their own account under their own privacy policies; what those cover is for them to state. If you want to know what they do, those documents are the reference, not this one.
The player list file: the list you import contains the names of footballers and their clubs. It is a file you obtain and choose yourself: it stays on your device and is never transmitted. Subhasta does not distribute player lists, claims no rights over their contents, and is not affiliated with Lega Serie A, with any club, or with the services you may have obtained the file from. That file's terms of use are those of whoever supplied it to you.
Your rights: EU law grants the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. As no personal data is processed, there is nothing in our hands to exercise them on: your data is on your device and you remove it by deleting a league or uninstalling the app. You may write to the address below, or contact your national data protection authority.
Children: the app collects no data from anyone, including minors.
Changes: should the app ever start collecting anything, this page will say so before it happens and the date below will change.
